New Stratus Energy, an oil and gas company, completed the acquisition of a 35% stake in Ecuador block of Repsol, an energy and petrochemical company, for $200m. "The sale is an important step in the announced process of asset portfolio rotation that will allow the Repsol to concentrate on assets in fewer regions and maintain flexibility as the strategic business focus," Repsol.
