Providence Equity Partners-backed TCP, a provider of workforce management and time and labor solutions, completed the acquisition of Aladtec, a company which provides online scheduling and workforce management software for mission-critical agencies such as EMS, Fire Service, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, and Dispatch.
