Providence Equity Partners-backed TCP completed the acquisition of Aladtec.

Providence Equity Partners-backed TCP, a provider of workforce management and time and labor solutions, completed the acquisition of Aladtec, a company which provides online scheduling and workforce management software for mission-critical agencies such as EMS, Fire Service, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, and Dispatch. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of best-in-class time and attendance solutions and a comprehensive scheduling program is a one-two punch that organizations need to effectively manage their workforce.
