CI Financial to acquire McCutchen Group.

CI Financial, an asset manager, agreed to acquire McCutchen Group, a financial advisor and asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CI is an ideal partner for us and our clients, given the strong alignment of culture and values and its commitment to a client-focused model.
