ComplySci completed the acquisition of NRS from RELX-backed Accuity.

ComplySci, a web-based compliance monitoring solution, completed the acquisition of NRS, a provider of compliance consulting services, from RELX-backed Accuity, a provider of innovative solutions for payments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "When we received our recent equity growth investment of $120m just over three months ago, we were excited to leverage the capital to add fuel to our growth through acquisitions as well as investments in our products and services.
