Ardian-backed Dedalus, a developer of clinical and administrative software, completed the acquisition of Dobco Medical, a developer of a medical imaging platform designed to offer innovative technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Combining Dobco with our DeepUnity portfolio will enable digital transformation of Enterprise Imaging. Dobco brings people, capabilities, technologies and client reference to the table.
