PX Mart to acquire a 64.83% stake in RT-Mart from Auchan Retail.

PX Mart, a supermarket chain, agreed to acquire a 64.83% stake in RT-Mart,a hypermarket chain, from Auchan Retail, a grocery retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The recovery and innovation work carried out over the past several years by RT-Mart employees has strengthened the company’s position in the Taiwanese market and brought it to the level of the best in its profession.
