Providence Equity Partners to invest in Seesaw.

Providence Equity Partners, a premier private equity firm that specializes in growth-oriented investments in media, communications, education, software and services, agreed to invest in Seesaw, a SaaS-based classroom technology platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As we've gotten to know the Providence team, it's become clear that they believe in Seesaw’s mission and we are aligned on the direction we want to take the company.
