FTV Capital and True Wind-backed Sysnet Global Solutions completed the acquisition of SecureTrust from Trustwave.

FTV Capital and True Wind-backed Sysnet Global Solutions, a provider of cyber security and compliance solutions, completed the acquisition of SecureTrust, a provider of Payment Card Industry compliance, from Trustwave, a cybersecurity brand.
