Park Lawn completed the acquisition of Pugh businesses.

Park Lawn, a funeral, cremation and cemetery provider, completed the acquisition of Pugh businesses, the Funeral Homes and New Hope Memorial Gardens in central North Carolina. Financial terms were not disclosed.
