GE Current completed the acquisition of the commercial and industrial lighting business from Hubbell for $350m.

GE Current, a provider of digital sensors and software, completed the acquisition of the commercial and industrial lighting business from Hubbell, a manufacturer of electrical and electronic products, for $350m.
