Private equity firms Blackstone and Tiger Global led a $304m Series D funding round in Medable, a developer of a cloud-based platform designed to get effective therapies to patients. Other investors include GSR Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, WTI, PPD, HealthX Ventures, Launchpad Digital Health and Streamlined Ventures. “Medable is at the forefront of a significant paradigm shift in how clinical research is conducted, which is improving access to clinical trials for populations around the globe.
