EiDF Solar completed the acquisition of ODF Energía.

EiDF Solar, a solar energy company, completed the acquisition of ODF Energía, an Electric utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. ODF Energía is a top 10 national energy marketing group and provider of value-added services with more than 40,000 clients, including the general administration of the state, large accounts and SMEs, and manages more than 700 Gwh of electricity and 400 Gwh of natural gas that will end 2021 exceeding €100 million in turnover.
