3i Group-backed GartenHaus completed the acquisition of Outdoor Toys.

3i Group-backed GartenHaus, a provider of garden homes, sheds, saunas and related products in North Europe, completed the acquisition of Outdoor Toys, an online D2C retailer of outdoor garden toys in the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I would like to welcome James and the Outdoor Toys team to GartenHaus.
