Liberty Oilfield Services completed the acquisition of PropX for $90m.

Liberty Oilfield Services, a North American oilfield services firm, completed the acquisition of PropX, a provider of proppant delivery equipment, logistics and software solutions, for $90m. "The transaction positions Liberty as an integrated provider of completion services with proppant, equipment, logistics and integrated software that will improve Liberty's operational and logistics efficiency. We also expect the leading-edge wet sand handling technology to reduce the environmental impact and cost of completions for Liberty's frac customers and the industry," Liberty.
