RCL, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Sefina Svensk and Helsingin Pantti, the pawnshops, from Aurajoki Nordic, industrial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. RCL is a Swedish privately owned investment company. RCL's business concept is to create value through long-term ownership in companies that are in the development phase.
