Hg-backed Prophix Software to acquire Sigma Conso from Fortino Capital Partners.

Hg-backed Prophix Software, a provider of Corporate Performance Management software, agreed to acquire Sigma Conso, a CPM software and services provider, from Fortino Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting announcement for our team.
