Square Asset Management completed the acquisition of 10 supermarkets from Carrefour for $22m.

Square Asset Management, a Portugal-based real estate firm, completed the acquisition of 10 supermarkets from Carrefour, a firm that operates supermarkets, hypermarkets, cash and carry stores, and e-commerce websites, for $22m. The supermarkets add up to a total of almost 15k sqm, and they were on the hands of the Supersol brand, who placed these 10 properties up for sale. 7 of them are located in the Andalucía region, in cities such as Cádiz, Marbella, Mijas, Jerez de la Frontera, among others. The other 3 are located in the Greater Madrid area.
