Gainline Capital-backed Galaxy Universal, a wholesale, sourcing and brand management company, agrees to acquire Active Brands, 4 brands including And1, Avia, Gaiam and SPRI, from Sequential Brands, an owner and promoter of consumer brands, for $330m.
