Further Global Capital Management, a private equity investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Progeny Group, a financial advisor and tax firm, from LSG Holdings, a UK based single family office active in direct investments across real estate, private equity and venture capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
