Investcorp to invest in Artemis Real Estate Partners.

Investcorp, a provider and manager of alternative investment products, agreed to invest in Artemis Real Estate Partners, a real estate agency in Bethesda. Financial terms were not disclosed. Artemis will use the capital from the sale to expand its existing business of investing in US real estate debt and equity through joint ventures and direct investments.
