Omnicom Group to acquire 2 & 3 Bankside office from DWS for £440m.

Omnicom Group, a media company, agreed to acquire 2 & 3 Bankside office from DWS, a German asset management company, for £440m ($581m). “Over the term of our ownership, 2 & 3 Bankside has delivered attractive risk adjusted returns in terms of income growth and capital appreciation for our investors. We have taken the market opportunity to sell this asset," Ronen Ribak, DWS Head of Real Estate Transactions, Europe.
