Omnicom Group, a media company, agreed to acquire 2 & 3 Bankside office from DWS, a German asset management company, for £440m ($581m). “Over the term of our ownership, 2 & 3 Bankside has delivered attractive risk adjusted returns in terms of income growth and capital appreciation for our investors.
