ManTech International, an American defense contracting firm, completed the acquisition of Gryphon Technologies, a systems engineering firm, from AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm, for $350m. “We are pleased to add Gryphon Technologies’ innovative technology solutions and talented people to the ManTech family.
