ManTech International completed the acquisition of Gryphon Technologies from AE Industrial Partners for $350m.

ManTech International, an American defense contracting firm, completed the acquisition of Gryphon Technologies, a systems engineering firm, from AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm, for $350m. “We are pleased to add Gryphon Technologies’ innovative technology solutions and talented people to the ManTech family. The addition is highly complementary and builds upon our differentiated technology capabilities, extending our Department of Defense footprint and positioning us for continued growth," Kevin M.
