Altrad Group, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment, agreed to acquire MDK Energy and Muehlhan Industrial, providers of trading and services related to the oil and gas industry, including paint, coating and surface treatment works and renting out scaffolding, from Muehlhan, an industrial services company.
