Universal Health Services, a company specializing in hospital and healthcare services, completed the acquisition of Riverside Medical Clinic, a multi-specialty physician practice focused on outpatient and ambulatory care. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RMC is excited about our opportunity to align with UHS of Southern California.
