Mitie, a provider of a variety of services to both owners and occupiers of commercial and industrial properties, completed the acquisition of Rock Power Connections, an independent connection provider, specialising in the design and installation of new high voltage electricity supplies, for $18m. “With the sale of new petrol and diesel cars set to end by 2030, the UK’s transition to electric vehicles will accelerate over the next decade. However, to ensure that the move to zero carbon transport is a success, it is vital we have the right infrastructure in place to support rapid charging at scale.
