Yellow Banana to acquire six stores from Save A Lot.

Yellow Banana, a retail grocery platform, agreed to acquire six stores from Save A Lot, an operator of retail grocery stores in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to deepen our strong relationship with Save A Lot, and to expand our mission of tackling food deserts across the United States, through this extension of Yellow Banana’s operations into the promising Texas and Florida markets,” Ademola Adewale-Sadik, Yellow Banana President.
