Freo, a German real estate investment manager, and Bain Capital completed the acquisition of The Estel Building, a headquarter of Telefónica in Barcelona, for $135m. The Estel Building is located in an area of ​​interest for companies, since it is in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample and very close to the Sants Station, where the AVE arrives.
