PEAK6 InsurTech completed the acquisition of We Insure and Team Focus Insurance Group.

PEAK6 InsurTech, a subsidiary of PEAK6, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of We Insure, an insurance agency franchise, and Team Focus Insurance Group, a property and casualty insurance company.
