VSP Vision Care, an ophthalmic technology and lab service provider, completed the acquisition of iCare Health Solutions, a managed ocular health organization that contracts with health plans and multi-specialty clinics to deliver comprehensive ocular solutions, from Pine Tree Equity Partners, a private equity firm.
