Chatham Asset Management, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of RR Donnelley, an integrated communications company, for $2.3bn. Chatham Asset Management acquired all of the outstanding shares of RRD common stock for $10.85 per share in cash. “We are excited about the next chapter in RRD’s journey, and I am personally thrilled to be leading the Company once again.
