EG Group to Acquire 34 store locations from Sprint Food Stores.

EG Group, a British retailer, agreed to acquire 34 fuel and convenience store locations from Sprint Food Stores, an operator of convenience stores that also double as gas stations and food centers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
