MCH Private-backed Grupo Palacios completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Rhokett.

MCH Private-backed Grupo Palacios, a producer of sausages and other food products, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Rhokett, a producer of a range of premium chilled desserts. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is aligned with our strategic objectives and our continued M&A activity, and will allow the Palacios Group to be internationalized in one of our target markets such as the United Kingdom, which will allow us to continue focusing and growing in pastry, one of our main businesses. We have acquired a great company, managed by an excellent team and we are very happy to join them in this new phase," Pedro Domínguez, Grupo Palacios CEO.
