BV Investment Partners completed the investment in Ubiquity.

BV Investment Partners, one of the oldest and most experienced sector-focused private equity firms in North America, completed the investment in Ubiquity, a multinational business process outsourcer and one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
