Adler Pelzer Group to acquire Acoustics and Soft Trim from Faurecia.

Adler Pelzer Group, an automotive acoustic and thermal components and systems, agreed to acquire Acoustics and Soft Trim from Faurecia, an automotive supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed.
