Centric Brands and WHP Global to acquire Joe's Jeans.

Centric Brands, a lifestyle brand, and WHP Global, a New York based firm that acquires global consumer brands, agreed to acquire Joe's Jeans, a jeans fashion brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have significantly invested in Joe’s Jeans throughout our years of operation and have established the brand as one of the leading premium denim resources,” Jason Rabin, Centric Brands CEO.
