CVC Capital-backed Cooper Consumer Health to acquire Lashilé Beauty.

CVC Capital-backed Cooper Consumer Health, a drug manufacturer and distributor, agreed to acquire Lashilé Beauty, a laboratory of food supplements. Financial terms are not disclosed.
