Southfield Capital and American Refrigeration Company completed the acquisition of Global Mechanical.

Southfield Capital, a private equity firm, and American Refrigeration Company, an independent commercial and industrial mission critical mechanical services company, completed the acquisition of Global Mechanical, a single source, multi-trade mechanical contracting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're delighted to welcome the Global Mechanical team to the ARC family. Adding Global Mechanical's leadership, field service depth, and experience to our existing team will undoubtedly enhance the mission-critical supply chain solutions we currently provide to the region," Bill Fleming, ARC President.
