Hellman & Friedman-backed TeamSystem, a developer of accounting, payroll and business management software, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Logical Soft, a developer of business management software for civil engineering, architectural and thermo technical firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This union comes from a collaboration that has grown around software to make access to the Superbonus easy. Joining the TeamSystem group was a natural outcome that will allow us to continue working together. The goal is to integrate and improve the software for construction professionals more and more.
