Bernhard Capital Partners completed the acquisition of RailWorks from Wind Point Partners.

Bernhard Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of RailWorks, a company that builds and maintains rail transportation infrastructure, from Wind Point Partners, a private equity investment firm.
