Carlyle to acquire a majority stake in Sciens Building Solutions from Huron Capital.

Carlyle, an investment firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Sciens Building Solutions, a full-service commercial fire and life safety company, from Huron Capital, a private equity firm.
