Ballard Power, a global provider of innovative clean energy fuel cell solutions, completed the acquisition of Arcola Energy, a specialist in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies for heavy-duty transport and energy systems, for $40m. "We continue to focus on simplifying the fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) experience and ease implementation friction points for OEM customers and end-users. We are putting the customer at the heart of our strategy and investments.
