Continental to acquire Printing Solutions from Trelleborg.

Continental, an automotive parts manufacturing company, agreed to acquire Printing Solutions, a printing solutions business, from Trelleborg, an engineering group. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Printing technology customers will also benefit from a broader global footprint," Thomas Christensen, Continental Head of Market Business.
