StorageMart to acquire Manhattan Mini Storage.

StorageMart, the largest privately-owned self-storage company in the world, agreed to acquire Manhattan Mini Storage, a self storage and moving company based in New York City. Financial terms were not disclosed. The purchase of Manhattan Mini Storage includes the entirety of the company's 18 self-storage real estate locations throughout Manhattan. Following the acquisition, StorageMart will exceed 20m net rentable square feet of storage and more than 200k storage units worldwide.
