Sheares Healthcare Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Medica Synergie from Orilus Investment Holdings.

Sheares Healthcare Group, a company that owns and provides healthcare delivery services in Asia and around the world, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Medica Synergie, a healthcare company in Eastern India, from Orilus Investment Holdings, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
