Goldman Sachs to acquire The Belfry from KSL for £140m.

Synopsis

A property fund run by Wall Street investment bank Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire The Belfry, a golf resort and hotel, from KSL, a private equity firm, for £140m. Current owner, KSL Capital Partners have been trying for some time to sell the 550-acre site that it bought in 2012.
