Arturo Matte Lecaros to acquire Empresas Coipsa.

Arturo Matte Lecaros, a private investor, agreed to acquire Empresas Coipsa, an industrial group dedicated to the manufacture of paper and packaging solutions, including the entire chain, up to waste management and recycling. Financial terms were not disclosed.
