Investment firms Mubadala Capital and Entrepreneurial Equity completed the acquisition of Mercer Foods, a provider of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, from Graham Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new platform will serve a variety of end markets including fruits and vegetables, proteins, pet treats, probiotics, enzymes, and prepared meals.
